Great national company, poor local management - Account Manager Airgas Employee Review

Local management is poor and a boy's club; doesn't care about their people...high turnover is for a reason; they don't explain all the details of pay structure at beginning, more specifically how you could owe them if you don't hit your numbers; local management holds you responsible for things are out of your control and won't work with you on them; they will take away opportunities that make you money i.e. you used to get paid on bulk gases, but then they removed that so you now only have the chance of making a fraction of the money in a spiff.
