Management, lack of communication, no advancement opportunities, Good ol boy system, the pay is terrible. The director has no clue about the industry, he's a womanizer, gets away with bullying and yelling at employees like he's a 5 year old. He's been reported multiple times and HR does nothing. They'll continue to lose hard working, dedicated employees because no one will want to tolerate being managed by that quack!
