Micromanaging nightmare - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Airgas Employee Review

Mgt refuses to promote from within.. hired someone with no SAP or industry experience. Mgt is clueless as to how poor morale is in their group. Mgt goes out of their way LOOKING for what they call order entry error.... when it was not an order error.. but they make up their own rules. CAN'T trust any mgt.. they don't care about the people below them. Covid safety with this group... please... we were told that working from home, we couldn't be trusted, never a thank you, you guys are doing great... run, run far away!!
