Micromanagement, Micormanagement, Micromanagement. They will also micromanage you. You will have no input on any decisions. You will be told if you don't like it, work somewhere else. If you complain, you will be called a trouble maker. Account managers don't see their sales, branches are understaffed, there is very little inventory. There are backorders on everyday gases. The company is losing to the competition because we can't service accounts but they pressure you for new business. The immediate management are decent people., but have no power. All the shots are called from Tampa who does not care about the welfare of their people, only their bottom line. This is an amazingly bad place and people to work for. Getting out as soon as I can
