Pros
From the start of my application process and to the end, things ran smoothly and was very organized. The people I met along the way gave me insights into the company culture and values. There is always a demand in this industry. I have already found that my professional network has expanded and I haven't stepped into the role yet, which says a lot about the company and its makeup.
Cons
No downsides since I haven't started yet but am hired. Even when some may think it's an intimidating industry for women, this is not the mindset with Airgas. They have increasingly hired women and have seen the positive impacts that go against any stereotypes.
