      Independence at the management level.

      Too much of the Air Liquide culture has been imported in; translation: most of your day will be spent having conferences in the morning to discuss the meeting you're having in the afternoon.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
