Driver is micro managed to death and has to be super positive all the time no matter what. They are still on paper logs and will build a case against you over time for errors like not having an exact straight line in your log book. They brow beat you constantly with being a team player instead of focusing on being good managers/dispatchers. Managers are more concerned with making sure you do your stretches aka safety phone meeting every morning at 5am. Do not trust anyone here they will stab you in the back anyway they can. For example don't chock you wheels at a stop they will be turning you in. Also if you say "I am willing to work overtime" they will perceive that as cheating hours to get more overtime. Basically on call being that it is not a set start stop time and you wont know your route for the next day which can start anywhere from 2am-5am. If the dispatcher screws up they will blame the driver. You have to have witnesses colaborate your places and times to prove your innocence. Manager and dispatcher will only stick up for themselves and will never admit making mistakes or doing anything wrong. More or less just about an impossible work environment unless you are submissive and treat management like they are your parents...
