Pros
Okish pay for the amount of work one has to put in(for my particular position). Decentish benefits, similar to what I had when I worked for a very large C-store. Flexible hours (for my particular position, mostly due to my current boss) Pretty Good Vacation allotment, 10 days vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays. Unfortunately you can only save sick days (up to 20 total before they disappear into Airgas's coffers). 15 vacation days at 3yrs of employment but after that you have to have a total of 10 YEARS to get 20 days of vacation. $5250 Tuition reimbursement (100% paid for B grades and up)
Cons
HR rules with the Iron Fist of DEI wokery. They are OBSESSED to a fault about "safety". For example the drivers have camera's with audio recording EVERYTHING you say & do inside the truck the moment you put the key to accessory before you even start the engine. This includes AI that identifies alleged "violations" that get clipped and sent to your manager. This place is NOT a meritocracy, most people got hired because they knew a friend or family member who worked there. They will take 4-6weeks to hire you then put you in front of a kiosk for 2weeks filled with mostly useless DEI/ESG style "training", Anti-harassment "education", and other such drivel(some of it is useful though, but only ~25% of it that might actually pertain to whatever job you are doing). They are constantly looking for
