Pros
Insurance is excellent, you can set your own hours as a salesperson, decent HR department.
Cons
Be ready to pay your own way, all meals for you and your customers, your gas and mileage, hotels and the list goes on and on, I was the lowest paid salesperson in the division. If you enjoy being limited to what you can do and capped commission then this may be the place for you. I was "warned" about being a woman in the industry, even applied for a promotion and was denied because "if a guy got mad at me, you can't handle him as a woman."
