Pros

The company is steady and growing. Lots of support from management. Engineers get lots of opportunities to learn and grow their skills. Every job requires manipulation of massive amounts of data. People are very caring and willing to help. Strong leadership. Great work-life balance.

Cons

A startup that is still figuring out how to get to the next level so you'll need to be good with change. Benefits could be better. Open office plan is distracting.

Pros

Airship has a good foundation, solid product, and some very smart people in various areas of the company. They have done a good job navigating some tough times during my time there and are still standing.

Cons

The company doesn't communicate that well from ELT down to the ground level. They lack any type of direction when it comes to their commitment to Inclusivity, and they don't have any people of color in ELT or even VP levels to speak of. There is also a huge overreliance on a handful of Engineers who people seem to think will just be there forever since they already have been there forever.
