Pros
There are LOTS of ridiculously talented people here that work their asses off. Working in an whatever it takes environment with super bright people is very important to me, as is working with people you'd want to have a beer with. Speaking of that, there are two kegs on tap and feel free to keep bourbon on your desk. Drink any time you want, no judgement. Innovative attitude where things like Free Friday (work on anything you want for a day) are a common occurrence and people present awesome projects and accomplishments every Friday at happy hour. Catered lunch on Fridays, fun parties and company events, arcades, ping pong room, fooseball, unlimited PTO, tons of snacks available, etc. The people are why I stay here, but the other stuff is pretty great as well!
Cons
Last year UA went through it's first and only dark patch and had to do lay offs at all levels to course correct. UA moved to a big sexy office and it made it feel less "startupy".
