Pros

Success is celebrated and good work is regularly recognised across all departments (not just Sales) Friendly, inclusive environment with regular out-of-work activities Employees are given regular professional development opportunities through up-skilling. Airswift brand is held in high regard by both candidates and clients Recruiters are discipline-specific subject matter experts which adds a huge amount of value to clients and candidates, as Recruiters know what they're talking about. Recruiters are supported by numerous other depts such as GM, Payroll, Contracts, Legal, Finance. This means Recruiters can spend more time recruiting whilst clients and candidates still receive a good level of service.

Cons

As a large, international company there can be a large amount of bureaucracy to manage but this would be the same with most companies of this size.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
