Pros

This is a really great place to work, the management team have spent a lot time and effort in building a place based on values and culture. The atmosphere and work ethic in Manchester is clearly created by a group of people that love working here. There is always lots of opportunities to get involved with projects within the business and lots of social events to attend throughout the year.

Cons

For a large company some of the systems could do with updating.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
