- Airswift is a huge company and a global leader in the industry in which it operates. - From management to service, the company hires approachable, competent and like-minded individuals - which makes working for the company a true pleasure. - The company facilitated a move from the UK to Dubai, so have experienced first hand the companies willingness to develop it's employee careers - The company recognises its employee's success and rewards accordingly. - The work/life balance Airswift provides for its employees is rivaled by no other recruitment company. - I have worked for other recruitment companies in the past and can say that I would struggle to consider working as a recruitment consultant for any company other than Airswift in the future. - I am trusted to work autonomously with support provided as and when needed.

- The company could offer qualified training options to employees that have a desire to further progress their career

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
