Pros

Many great people in the company, but all it takes is one bad apple to ruin an experience.

Cons

Toxic work environment in the department I was staffed in. People were regularly talked over or shouted down by one manager when they tried to speak up. Employees were regularly talked negatively about behind their back, and there was a culture of backstabbing. Little to no concern for the development of employees. I was constantly working on additional professional certifications while there, not once was it ever mentioned. You were expected to stay in your lane and only in your lane. Suggestions for improving things or ideas to save money were met with denunciation rather than appreciation. If you get sick with Covid for a while, don't expect any leniency when it comes to arbitrarily-set deadlines. Woke culture - DEI considerations always lend to racism and sexism, so not much difference between Airswift and any other company that has bought into DEI. But there was no concomitant appreciation for the only diversity that matters: that of experience and ideas.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
