Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods.
