Pros

While I deeply valued Airswift's mission and its commitment to clients and contractors, and genuinely enjoyed aspects like the robust health insurance, engaging company events, and the welcoming nature of many colleagues, my overall experience working there was negative. I particularly cherished my interactions with contractors and clients, but the internal work environment presented significant challenges.

Cons

My experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative due to a pervasive culture of bullying and harassment. I endured constant mistreatment from managers and those in higher positions, spanning in-person interactions on the sales floor, text messages, phone calls, and even Teams communications. My direct manager consistently failed to provide adequate support, often shifting blame for issues arising from his own directives. Promised promotions and raises proved to be empty promises, with HR having no record of such agreements. The company's handling of contractor payroll was abysmal, with frequent errors and a lack of urgency in resolving them, often taking over a month to rectify. Most concerningly, my reports of harassment, bullying, retaliation, and potential ADA violations to HR were met with inaction, indicating a clear bias towards protecting leadership. The combination of a toxic work environment, broken promises, and systemic issues with payroll and HR makes this a company I strongly advise against working for. The significant effort required yields minimal, if any, commission, further compounding the negative experience.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
