Pros

Great place to start your career. You go, learn what you can, create a name for yourself and that's it.

Cons

Low salaries, little recognition from management, high demands and unattainable KPIs. You will NEVER be truly great, because the results are impossible to maintain in the long term. You will almost never be recognized for good work, because praise will always come with a demand. Most of the people I know who have worked with me have suffered burnout within less than a year of working for the company. This says a lot about the culture.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear you found value in starting your career with us and appreciate your honesty regarding the challenges you faced. We take concerns around workload, recognition, and wellbeing seriously, and we’ll ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant teams. We work hard to promote a culture of recognition, with our real-time recognition platform for colleagues and leaders and regular awards such as our annual High Flyers club. We encourage employees who are struggling to reach out to their line manager, or someone in HR to explore different support avenues.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
