Danish teams and colleagues are awesome and very knowledgable

Cons

Very poor leadership. They rather like to remove people from the company but to talk about issues. Poor strategy lay out and very weak budgeting skills makes the company life feel like a roller coaster ride. You will never really know if you do well or bad. You will never know what colleagues you will loose next month.
