Heading in the wrong direction - Anonymous employee Airtame Employee Review

Since 2021, the company has been in a downward spiral. All of the movement and progression forwards that were made from 2017 - 2020 were thrown out the window, with constant new management and restructuring of the company. I experienced almost 4 different CFO's within 5 1/2 years, 4 different CEO setups, and a number of constant C-Level setups. Employees have no sense of job security, it is literally Squid Games there, you have no idea who will be let go of next. My negative CEO rating is NOT for Jonas Gyalokay, it is for Susanne Lund. I was excited at the idea of Susanne coming on board, but man the decisions made after she become CEO has ruined this amazing company.
