Tools like our OKR framework and globally run manager training programs are specifically designed to help our teams operate with greater confidence and autonomy.
We also agree that grooming talent is essential. Retaining and developing our people is a top priority, which is why we use employee feedback to continuously improve our management training and internal mobility programs. High turnover is not the goal; long-term growth is.
