It is hard to decipher from your comment what level of leadership you are referring to, however, we are proud to say that we have a highly experienced and skilled leadership team, we seek to engage leaders who bring a unique skillset to their role. We don’t think the titles attributed to these roles are particularly creative, being that they are fairly standard across technology businesses such as ours, but creativity is subjective.
We aim to provide an open and collaborative work environment, and whilst we acknowledge that as we are growing rapidly there is a lot of room for improvement, we are actively working to address issues raised by team members. As in any fast growth business, there is a need to pivot rapidly and while some may see this as contradiction, we view this as agility.
We are proud of how hardworking our team is, but to liken our workspace to a sweatshop is quite extreme. We offer flexible work arrangements, generous parental leave, and have an office decked out with high-end fittings, table tennis, a loaded snack cupboard, designer coffee, and frequent team events.
We can also confidently assure that our compliance team works diligently to ensure we meet required standards and we are unaware of any compliance ‘loopholes’. If you were aware of any compliance risks or data leaks during your time with the business, you were required to report this under your employment agreement.
