Nice office, some people are great, and good place to learn

Cons

-below average pay -long hours, a culture of sitting in the office and look busy -Unpleasant and egoistic upper management -politics and power dynamics—-the flat structure is just a term. People usually leave after a year. -nothing truly innovative, a follower of strip or Adyen

Leadership is supportive of internal mobility, and high performers are recognized and promoted. You’re surrounded by smart, driven colleagues who are collaborative and willing to help, which creates a motivating environment day to day.

Cons

Like most high-growth companies, things can move fast and change quickly, which may not suit everyone. There can be pressure to perform given the pace and ambition of the company.
