Pros

They pay well for most roles, the $50 monthly card is a cool benefit, colleagues are friendly (but you can see they're sleepless and that brings the morale down)

Cons

There's no consideration nor empathy towards employees. You're expected to work very long hours, and cover for many roles at the same time as people resign often and expectations are always high. Meetings are any time during the day, EMEA (6-7am) and late hours for US (midnight) to accommodate to the Asian timezones. Too many "priorities" that make work and deadlines impossible. A workaholic without social/family life would be perfect here, I guess some people being a good fit, but not for me as it's stressful and unhealthy. Many of the cultural issues steam from the CEO and his dodgy decisions.

Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it and will circulate with the executive team. Regarding timezones, yes this is a challenge at times and one we have to be mindful of. Of course our global workforce is also an advantage in terms of access to talent, diversity of backgrounds and ability to execute globally however your point is a fair one. Leadership is supportive of internal mobility, and high performers are recognized and promoted. You’re surrounded by smart, driven colleagues who are collaborative and willing to help, which creates a motivating environment day to day.

Cons

Like most high-growth companies, things can move fast and change quickly, which may not suit everyone. There can be pressure to perform given the pace and ambition of the company.
