At the end of the day I just ended up not being a good fit at that point in time.
During my time at Airwallex I was struggling with undiagnosed adhd, and trying to function at a neurotypical level without the support of medication or specialists led to severe depression and anxiety in an effort to prove that I was worth having around.
I'd like to be clear that with me being unaware of my disorder there was no possible way that they could support me in the ways that were needed. But I'm sure if I had been diagnosed, and they were aware, that they would do what they could to support me as the one thing that I've remembered in the years since is the lovely people I had the pleasure of working with.
