Pros

Good Pay for Some: Reasonable salaries if you’re favoured by the big bosses Flexibility Exists: Work flexibility is available, if manager allows it

Cons

Cut-Throat Culture: The workplace is tough, where hard work is often overlooked, and job security is as stable as a house of cards. Unexpected random firings at the spot are not unusual Condescending Management: The big bosses and their confidants act like they know it all, carrying a vibe of superior than supportive. Bigger bosses always win and know better Questionable Practices: The company treads a sketchy line with regulations, often silencing and firing those who question its professional conducts

Pros

Working at Airwallex has been an incredibly rewarding experience, especially as part of the sales team. The company is in a very strong growth phase, which makes it an exciting place to be. Over the past few years, Airwallex has scaled rapidly, processing hundreds of billions in payments annually. There are clear career progression opportunities if you perform. Leadership is supportive of internal mobility, and high performers are recognized and promoted. You’re surrounded by smart, driven colleagues who are collaborative and willing to help, which creates a motivating environment day to day.

Cons

Like most high-growth companies, things can move fast and change quickly, which may not suit everyone. There can be pressure to perform given the pace and ambition of the company.
