      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, employee-centric culture, leadership that cares. Cool products. Financially stable. Smart people who generally work hard and are loyal.

      Cons

      Has gotten bigger and there are some inefficiencies with how work gets done. Little investment in infrastructure - more quick wins versus longer-term planning. Everything must be socialized to death internally. Optics valued more than substance at times.
