      ESPP. If you are boss freindly pormotions and RSU are plus. Get to work with core technology. Get insights of how scalable systems are build.

      Cons

      Sell ESPP as soon as you get. Stocks are not that great. WLB sucks. Promotions are biased.

      Akamai is still learning to grow into the enterprise-level organization it strives to be. There are no major cons to share in effort to discourage someone from applying, but like most jobs, few are perfect.
