* Even with Complete WFH , I can feel the vision of the company deeply , how ppl are interconnected with “On akamai” statement. * Everyone treats everyone well and working towards to same goal. * I have been here for only 1 year , never met my teammates/ manager in person , still they have great management who made us feel connected with each other , contribute to the society, feel motivated . * I liked the concept of wellness where akamai provides extra 5 day off that will be either falls on Friday / Monday- so that ppl would have long weekend and take a good break in entire company. * flexible working hours, virtual sites connect locally
