      Base pay is high and federal holidays

      Cons

      Micromanaged to hell. Every click is recorded and lots of watching behind your back. Once was away ten minutes and got yelled at. Supervisors and managers don't focus on helping or training employees but look for ways to undermine. Not a relaxed workplace. Not much PTO. Extremely high turnover from awful atmosphere and management.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
