      Pros

      A paycheck, convenient office location, free parking, lunch cafe in the building, no time to ever be bored, automatic flushing toilets.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, especially in HR. CHRO has brought MULTIPLE people to tears at work. The Directors are either just waiting until retirement, the next tyrant in line, or so comfortable they're collecting dust. Turnover is a huge problem in HR; perhaps eventually the CEO will figure out the problem starts at the top.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
