      Pros

      Had a good supervisor and managed to get promoted twice but couldn't move further up after that due to lack of opportunities. Had a good open door policy to talk to HR and upper management. Learned a lot of new systems and worked with a good team.

      Cons

      No career development programs available to employees. Also, no tuition/education reimbursement programs available to employees.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
