      Pros

      Salary, Benefits, Vacation, Flexible Schedule, Generous 401k matching, reasonable commute, reasonable accommodations, most of the co-workers are friendly, competent people.

      Cons

      The site management team is not here to serve the AKIMA employee. If the client decides it is time for you to leave, even after 10+ years of service, you are asked to leave without ANY notice! Employees are placed in a position and then left to churn out work. There is no opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
