      Pros

      Stability, decent benefits, travel occasionally, “Glassdoor won’t let me add this because I do not have 20 words that are positive about this company.”

      Cons

      Lack of leadership skills, double standard, horrible training program, no room for growth. Lack of pay for A&P mechanics. Maintenance manuals are outdated and incorrect.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
