Pros
Very well organized and does good work for the share holders
Cons
Low pay, very bad communications with the exception of a weekly newsletter that highlights high level topics and company successes. No intra or inter department meetings. Have not heard from director or division head but once since COVID work from home began and that was a about an upcoming audit - the tone of which was negative and felt like we were high-schoolers. Pay is not competitive nor are raises regular despite the company's stability.
