      Decent Pay Work is Easy Uniform M-F Evening job Nice start up job

      Cons

      Hours are ridiculous considering COVID Management is terrible and don't appreciate their employees. VERY RUDE equipment isn't the safest and we are still not guaranteed to not catch COVID working in daycare's where kids or adults have came in contact with COVID considered essential but not paid our worth especially if there's a chance of us catching it.

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
