      Holidays, pay on time.. time off

      Cons

      Micro management. Lack of resources, lack of support, they expect you to do overtime as exempt. And do all the job. You present solution and nothing is approved because of the burocracy. You will never get a raise when you work as a contractor!!! The worst health insurance insane deductible!!!

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
