      Weekends off, Paid Holiday, Great Start out pay

      Cons

      The pay you start with is what you get, no raise, no bonus, nothing extra, hard to move up in company. someone either has to leave or you leave to find another better paying job.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
