      Pros

      Akima is a large company with a small company feel. Tremendous support from executive leadership. The leadership team is very involved in day to day operations outside of the beltway.

      Cons

      Not really a Con but Akima offers an average benefit package. The retirement (401k) could be improved.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
