      Pros

      Not nearly enough unfortunately. The jobs are great. The people are great.

      Cons

      Management does not take care of the employees. Overhead contractors do not take care of the subcontractors.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
