      Growth potential within the operating companies is fantastic. Good starting salaries. Opportunity to relocate domestically and internationally. Management is open to new ideas and allows employees to make large impacts on the business.... Very rewarding for top performers

      Recruitment lags behind awards won often creating additional work on others, causing high burn out rates

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
