      The schedule is good working at CTIP is the best place to work at you don’t want to work in bay 4 or 3

      Cons

      They micromanage a lot. If you tell them, something is going on they sweep it up under the rug into someone blows up.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
