      Only pro is you can work 4am-noon

      Cons

      Crappy management. Gave me 3 drug tests in 2 weeks. I passed them all. 🤪 they make up reasons to fire people. Make up rules that didn't exist just to get rid of you. (Not only me this happened to)

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
