      Pros

      The pay is really good, particularly for the job, and the benefits are great. The health insurance is top notch.

      Cons

      Frequently shifting work schedules, a lot of turnover, very little communication (particularly with a previous supervisor, and one of the current job postings gives the impression that our top boss on site will not be here much longer.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
