Pros

I work with a good group of people that make the time go by fast at work. We work as a team. With the right attitude the majority of your days will be good with this company. Some employees have complaints about the company but I think its all in the mindset. There is no perfect company. I have worked under the management of Tasha for a year now and I have no complaints. She goes out of her way to accommodate employees. She will not give you a false/ fabricated answer just to get you to go away. There have been times that employees have had to contact her late at night. She is never rude and doesn't complain. If I was not working under her leadership I would have already found another job.

Cons

There is no stipend like the other contracts in the area. The hours are long.The drive to and from work is very long. We do not get paid for that time. There is no progression with the company to higher positions. In order to move to a higher position you have to work for another company. There is no diversity. We have one Caucasian employee.

Pros

Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

Cons

No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
