      Pros

      Akima provided above-average pay and relatively decent benefits, for a contractor. Company stays out of your way and allows you to fully embed with hosting Department/Agency.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Akima/Tuvli HR systems are fairly weak and unresponsive to employees when issues inevitably arise.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
