Pros

It goes without saying that everyone at Children's is here for the kiddos. Our leadership team is focused on providing the highest level of care possible, and it shows. When you walk around any unit or department everyone smiles, is willing to help, or just chat a bit. It's nice being with an organization of caring people. I appreciate how the COVID pandemic was handled with transparency. The information shared kept all employees in the loop. Further still, no one was furloughed. How many companies can say that?

Cons

There will always be areas for growth no matter how awesome a company is. As the organization continues to evolve, I'm sure our benefits, including PTO, will be reviewed. The only other thing that strikes me is the lack of diversity in our management team. There's a company-wide initiative around equity and inclusion so I'm sure change is coming.
