Alacrity Solutions

Is this your company?

Great if you're an adjuster. Everyone else, avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee Alacrity Solutions Employee Review

Pros

If you're an adjuster you can receive training, assignments, and are treated with respect (As long as you're friends with the head of Resource Management).

Cons

If you work for the "home office" or any of the satellite offices, your job will be cut at a moments notice unless you're part of the "in" crowd. The company only cares about protecting their friends close, and will cut you loose even if you provide a necessary service. Then, when they wonder why things are breaking, they will try to reach out to the person they just fired in order to find out what broke. No one has any idea what anyone else is doing. No one wants to share what they do out of fear of being fired. "Benefits" are a joke. You will spend most of your paycheck on the terrible healthcare, and there's no such thing as a 401k (Unless, of course, you're special).

I appreciate you taking the time to express your frustration. It is always unfortunate when employees are released. Worley was a quality employer for you and will continue to be a quality employer as we grow. The decision to reduce redundant positions and to eliminate other positions was not an easy; but necessary to allow for the continued strength and growth of the company. Nothing can be said to remove the frustration associated with yours and others loss of employment. It is unfortunate that you are choosing to cast negative opinions as an outlet for the expected frustrations. We have supported you and all of our employees through personal and professional challenges. We wish you well in your career beyond Worley. Allen Carpenter President / COO
