poor leadership, all depends who you know and how much you kiss up. they like to promote w/in their own family members. Worked for them for over 6 yrs and never have they provided a lunch, worley merchandise or anything to show employee appreciation. they are very deceitful too. i've seen managers straight up lie to people. also, don't expect to get anything in writing. I've seen them tell people one thing, and never come through on their promise.
