They set expectations way too high for an 8hr shift. They never tell their employees when they are doing good, only every single thing they do wrong. Management is little to no help so you have to ask coworkers for help, which you get in trouble for. Plus the pay starts at 10 an hr, you can go to target & get more than that. They also were very behind on letting employees WFH when COVID first started.
